Barh Life Inc. proudly ships worldwide using UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Fulfillment Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days
Tracking
UPS provides real-time tracking updates once your order has shipped. You will receive tracking information via email.
Lost or Damaged Packages
All UPS deliveries are insured. In the event your order is lost or damaged during transit, please file a claim with UPS. Barh Life Inc. is not liable for carrier-related issues, but we’ll do our best to support you in the process.
💸 Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your BARH hydration product. However, if there’s a problem with your order, we’ve got you covered under the following conditions:
Returns Eligibility
Must be requested within 14 days of delivery
Item must be unused and in original packaging
Photo proof of shipping damage is required for return approval
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
No Exchanges or Store Credit
At this time, we do not offer product exchanges or store credit.
